This week I visited Kinderdijk which is a small village known for its unique windmills and it was like stepping into a fairytale world of windmills. In fact, Kinderdijk is famous for having the largest concentration of windmills in the Netherlands!

The windmills of Kinderdijk are not just any ordinary windmills – they are a marvel of engineering and innovation. These tall, wooden structures with thatched roofs have been standing for hundreds of years and are a testament to the Dutch mastery of water management.

Next week – another Scott the Dot Anecdote!
